As a personal trainer with over 30 years of experience, I was always reaching for quick snacks between gym sessions. One day, I grabbed a protein cookie from a well-known brand—it reminded me of the Chips Ahoy cookies I grew up loving.
Then the recipe changed, and what was once my favorite treat became a disappointment. After giving it one last chance and being let down again, I decided enough was enough.
That’s when I set out to create a protein-packed, nutrient-dense cookie that actually tastes amazing. Unlike traditional cookies, Puff & Stuffed uses whey protein instead of flour (and is naturally gluten-free), giving you the fuel your body needs without compromising on flavor. It’s a cookie designed to power your day and crush your cravings at the same time.
But be warned—once you take a bite, you might just go a little crazy for them! There’s only one problem… they’re so good, even the cookies can’t resist taking a bite out of each other. Think of it as their own little quality-control process.
